Simone Miller serves as editor-in-chief of the Crown Prints, which she has participated in since her Sophomore year. Miller is a passionate activist and writer: in addition to the newspaper she serves as editor-in-chief of Ida Crown’s yearbook and as prose editor of Charlotte’s Web. Simone also co-founded and serves as president of the Student to Student program in Chicago, which focuses on teaching high school students about Judaism through peer presentations. Miller is politically active on issues pertaining to Israel, feminism, sustainable fashion, and environmentalism. She is a member of Ida Crown's cross country and Model UN teams, and she spent the last two summers at the Drisha Institute pursuing advanced Talmud study for women.
